Immediately prior to Sodia, Ben spent over eight years with World Vision Australia (Australia’s largest international development organisation) leading and implementing strategy across simultaneous programs and initiatives including a global multi-sector campaign to tackle malnutrition. Ben is a passionate influencer and enjoys working with leaders to turn good ideas into great execution.

Chris is a strategic leader with change management and governance experience. As former CEO of Oaktree, Australia's largest youth-run organisation, Chris led the Executive, over 200 volunteer staff, and a multimillion dollar budget focussed on tackling poverty through systems change and building leadership in young people across the Asia-Pacific.
Prior to Oaktree, he was a corporate lawyer with a focus on financial technology and business development. Chris is passionate about learning from, working with and supporting leaders to unlock their own, team and organisation's potential through empowering leadership that aligns culture, strategy and purpose.
George is a widely respected leader within corporate Australia and has worked with global companies, leading their Asia Pacific business, co-operatives, Government business enterprises and listed companies. Specifically he has 20 years experience as a CEO in the healthcare sector.
Following transformational assignments at Sigma Pharmaceuticals and Medibank he led both companies to IPOs onto the ASX in 1999 and 2014 respectively.

Chris spent the first 20 years in his career working for several leading international investment banks including JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank and Citigroup. He advised large corporations on mergers & acquisitions and corporate financings.
For the past 10 years Chris has held global board and executive roles for two internationally renowned not-for-profit organizations, Alpha and Opportunity International. Chris also advises a number of High Net Worth individuals and has served on the board of a number of public and private companies.
Kacey has the unique capability of being able to translate numbers into a language that clients understand to gain more insight into their strategic journey and financial health. She prides herself in her ability to work both in the detail and the big picture.
She began her career in Business Advisory Services at one of the Big 4 accounting firms. From there she moved into Industry to work in the finance team of a Publicly Listed retail company before joining Sodia. She has a passion for how new technologies and software can improve the way businesses operate. She endeavours to create efficiencies to allow businesses to better focus on their core purpose. Kacey is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute for Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

He is the Managing Director of Cummings Flavel McCormack (Chartered Accountants) and holds a large number of Director roles, particularly in the Transport Industry and Not For Profit entities.
Neil is also a Taxation Consulting specialist with over 20 years experience, including Tax Consulting Director roles with major international accounting firms. He has advised a broad range of publicly listed and private companies and trusts, professional partnerships, high wealth individuals and not for profit organisations.
He has been section author for Thomson ATP (formerly Butterworths) and has authored many articles and lectured extensively on taxation issues through professional bodies and commercial taxation training institutions.
